After the first 12 months of your Sky contract the equipment and installation that you purchased is no longer covered by the standard 12 month warranty given with all Sky installations. It is therefore up to you to maintain your system and any faults that may arise could end with expensive repair bills.

- Easy fault reporting. A simple call to our Freephone number 0800 731 33 90 (8am-8pm) or even simpler on-line via this website. Sky Warranty Plan members can use our Book Online form to report faults and select a convenient day and time for us to call.
- Once we have received your fault details, we guarantee to have one of our technicians with you within one working day (excludes weekends and bank holidays)
How much does it cost?
- Standard Sky Box £65 per year or £5.50 per month
- Sky+ Box £75 per year or £6.25 per month
- Sky+ HD Box £95 per year or £7.95 per month
- Sky Multi-room £125 per year or £10.42 per month (Covers every box in your home no matter how many you have)
